THE BAND

North Carolina has long been known for it’s contribution of some of the finest pickers and singers in bluegrass music. It’s good to see it still holds true today with The Supper Break Band.  Interestingly the band is comprised of two sets of cousins. This quartet of talented teenaged musicians and singers entertain with the same exuberance and energy as bands with decades of experience. Though only in their second year of performing The Supper Break Band has been featured in a variety of venues and settings. Their shows include a mixture of traditional and contemporary bluegrass with a good helping of bluegrass gospel and a dash of humor for good measure. Naming the band after a humorous event that happened while attending their first bluegrass festival, these teenagers bring a youthful fun-loving approach to their performances. Their love and passion for traditional bluegrass shows with every note they play and sing. Now we all can enjoy Supper Break!
